Our role
Matthews Southwest (one of Tribal’s shareholders) was selected by the City of Dallas as the project developer. The $346 million project was completed under budget and 2 months ahead of schedule. Matthews continues its relationship with the Hotel by serving as the Asset Manager for the City of Dallas.
