Robin has 25 years of experience in real estate and urban planning including; land development, infrastructure planning , site acquisition, permitting and regulatory approvals. He has led and managed various large scale infrastructure and real estate development projects including major industrial site developments, national telecommunications networks, transportation and transit facility maintenance planning analysis and major transit projects property requirements.

Sandra has over 20 years of real estate accounting, investment operations and finance experience with a strong reputation for finding solutions for complex operational processes, team building, and change management. Most recently she held several roles at Canada Pension Plan Investment Board in real estate investment finance group where she led structuring and finance teams in deal execution, accounting and reporting for 50B of global real estate and private debt investments. Sandra holds a Bachelor of Sc. in Economics from Ss. Cyril and Methodius University and is a Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant.

Sylvie is a commercial lawyer by training, she has spent over 30 years redeveloping the Canadian commercial real estate landscape. A career starting at Provigo, lead her to an instrumental role as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at First Capital Realty, Canada’s largest neighborhood shopping center developer and operator.

Until 2017, as the Executive Vice President of Real Estate & Development for Sobeys, Sylvie was responsible for the formulation and implementation of Sobeys national real estate strategy. Sylvie sits on the boards of SmartCentres REIT and BTB REIT and is a member of SmartCentres REIT audit committee and of BTB REIT’s investment and audit committees.

Michelle started her construction career working on site in a superintendent role. That experience has proved to be a valuable asset in her project management and then construction management roles. Michelle’s experience includes the areas of high rise residential, high rise commercial and large industrial building construction. Her range of work starts with the due diligence phase of development, through design, contract award, construction oversight and post construction commissioning and warranty work.

Since 1994, as leader of Matthews , Jack has developed innovative, quality commercial, industrial and residential projects in Canada, the United States, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Under his leadership Matthews Southwest revenues grew from$69 million to over $500 million.

Jack has led the completion of many diverse projects including hotels, condominiums, offices, retail, residential and industrial space. From imagining to creating, acquiring the land, financing the deal, building the project, then holding or selling on completion – Jack creates value at all stages in the process.

Carleigh is a Registered Professional Planner and has experience working at planning and engineering firms where she played a lead role in overseeing projects at all stages of development including entitlement, construction, post-construction and registration. Carleigh’s strategic oversight and leadership have been instrumental in ensuring the successful execution of complex initiatives in both challenging and prosperous economic conditions. Carleigh values relationships, recognizing their critical importance to project success and sustainable growth, perfectly aligning with Matthews Tribal.

Joseph has multi-disciplinary construction & real estate experience including international best practices in HSE, project scheduling, technical knowledge of design, construction, and materials. He has over 25 years of international experience in the construction and real estate industry and has helped construct and manage quality projects throughout the Middle East, North America, Asia, Central America, Europe, and Africa. Joseph worked internationally providing construction and development management consulting services for clients such as General Dynamics, Ericsson, Occidental Resorts, Equity Bank, KBC and Marriott International.

Lance has over 30 years of real estate experience. After serving several years as Vice President Investment Sales Canadian head office for Cushman Wakefield, Lance joined Scotia Capital as Managing Director Investment Banking.

In this position Lance built and lead Scotia Capital’s real estate brokerage, advisory and debt activities. Over the past decade as founding partner and managing director of Tribal, Lance has sourced, lead and delivered numerous commercial development projects.
