Our role
Tribal recognized an unprecedented opportunity for industrial redevelopment in Toronto Port Lands in 2015 and negotiated a design build, 25-year lease deal with FedEx Express Canada (FedEx) for an 80,000-sf courier facility on approximately 5 acres of land. FedEx took possession in December 2016.
