Our role
In partnership with CN, Tribal has initiated in 2016 the development of the Calgary Logistics Park. Phase I of this project is almost complete. Whirlpool Canada’s 422,000 sf distribution facility was completed in August 2018 and was the 2018 NAIOP Calgary REX Awards, Industrial Lease of the year winner.
